Kelly Scarborough is an awesome person and a GREAT neighbor. She is very knowledgeable about the market and kept me advised at all times. I was not very well versed on the selling of my home. Kelly eased my mind with all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Kelly to anyone in need of help with the sale of their home (especially in the today's market).

Kelly did a phenomenal job selling my house. She researched the market in my neighborhood and recommended an accurate sale price that maximized my return. Kelly was persistent in following up with agents that showed the home and providing feedback to me. When I got an offer on the home, Kelly conducted expert negotiations and helped me through the closing process.

I was considering selling my property in 2011. I suspected my original agent was not being honest with me on the sale of my property. A friend recommended Kelly, and she gave me an honest assessment of my property. She agreed that if I sold it, I would not net any profits. I thanked her, and promised her that when I chose to sell my house later on, I would definitely come back to her.

When I finally had to sell my property in 2016, I was out of the country. Kelly went above and beyond what you can expect from a normal Real Estate Agent to help me sell my property. She had to do a lot of leg work to get the property presentable since it had been rented for 5 years.

Kelly is straight-forward, honest, and an extremely hard worker. All traits that are highly desired, yet difficult to find, in a Real Estate Agent. I would absolutely recommend her to future home buyers and sellers.
